Shenlong Pump has three complete casting lines, including the Expendable casting process, wax casting mold, coated sand.It can meet the different requirements of dimensional accuracy of casting. The wax casting mold line, special for stainless steel material, is finished in the thermostatic workshop to guarantee the casting accuracy, meanwhile, shortening the whole production time. 85 sets of production machines which includes grinding machines, CNC, lathe, Milling, High speed punch press machine, testing machine, with sufficient spare parts stock to guarantee the production capacity of 11,000 sets per month.
